The MBM 800 machine was developed for processing multi-layer barrier films and can also be adapted for processing multi-layer shrink films. It supports both printed films and bag production on a conveyor belt. The machine is based on a main drive unit equipped with a control board and a touchscreen panel and features an integrated edge guidance system. It includes a longitudinal and transverse sealing device, a conveyor with tape application device, a stacking device with electrostatic tapes, and the shrink relax system. The MBM 800 also has two extendable boom shafts for both film layers.
The control board is user-friendly and runs on a Windows-based operating system. It offers a wide range of adjustable settings to ensure optimal seal strength and consistent performance. Built-in touchscreen tutorials assist the operator with setup, operation, and troubleshooting, making the machine easy to use even for less experienced staff.
The sealing unit consists of 3 longitudinal heaters. Cutting is performed by a flying knife.
The stacking unit with conveyor is fully automatic and features bag counting system. It is also possible to attach an ejection stacking unit for aluminum bags.
The Relax system compensates for film shrinkage after sealing and adjusts itself according to the parameters set by the operator.
The alarm system allows for easy troubleshooting.
Our machines are also equipped with electronic laser safety barriers to ensure safe operation. These systems automatically stop the machine when access doors are opened or movement is detected.
